I feel like they may have stretched out The Staircase a little too long, but I do like that they showed the behind the scenes of the documentary weaved in with the plot of the story. Somebody needs to get Jeremey Allen White out of Chicago! First Shameless, and now The Bear. He was absolute magic leading this dramedy about a chef movie home to take over his dead brother’s sub shop. I have a personal connection with the docuseries The Real Bling Ring: Hollywood Heist. The Bling Ring was the nickname the media gave this group of teens who broke into celebrity homes and raiding their closets. These teens came from my hometown, The San Fernando Valley, and one member was a year ahead of me, elementary through high school. Because of this connection, I have a fascination with anything having to do with The Bling Ring.

Nick Kroll: Little Big Boy – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Did I immediately go see Spider-Man: No Way Home once it went back into theaters with extra footage? Yes, I did. Did I once again cry my eyes out while sitting alone in a theater? Of course I did. Do Revenge was such a wonderful surprise! I grew up in the height of teen comedies like Never Been Kissed and 10 Things I Hate About You, and they really don’t make movies like that any more—until now. I loved all the nods to different teen comedies of the past, but felt all new at the same time. Nick Kroll: Little Big Boy was the first special I’ve seen from Nick Kroll. I’ve seen him do small sets live a few times, so I was really excited to watch. I absolutely adore Nick Kroll and this special was so silly and just a fun, good time.
